Access data/server log files

We automatically collect and save information that your browser has shared with us. These are:

• the browser type/version,
• the operating system being used,
• the referrer URL (the site visited before),
• the host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
• the time of the server request,
• the data volume transmitted and
• the report as to whether the retrieval was successful.

The user’s IP addresses are deleted or anonymised after use. Regarding anonymisation, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or can only be assigned with a disproportionately large expenditure of time, money and labour. The data in the so-called log files are evaluated by us in an anonymised form to continuously improve the website and make it user friendly, as well as to find and fix errors in better time. Furthermore, they will be used to control the server capacities to be able to provide corresponding data volumes if necessary.

Contact form

If you get in contact with us by the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you have provided will be saved by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not forward this data without your consent.

Newsletter

You have the opportunity to subscribe to an e-mail newsletter via our website. For this, we require your e-mail address and your declaration stating that you agree to receive the newsletter. To provide you with information in a targeted manner, we also collect and process information on areas of interest that has been voluntarily provided.
